15, 12, 8 reps (Go up in weights each set doing the heaviest on your 8 set)

1. Back squats
2. Deadlifts
3. Step ups on bench with glute raise (each leg)
4. Split squat with EZ bar
5. Sumo squat (holding dumbbell)
6. Cross over lunge
