Feb 16 2014 Longterm lifestyle This is so true. With my journey to change my lifestyle a few years back, the big thing for me was doing something I could maintain long term. That means still enjoying things I liked such as pizza or a dessert or a glass of wine in moderation. That way I never felt deprived and never felt I had to give up everything just to get in shape and be healthy. If your lifestyle and diet is so strict, it is really hard to do that for a long period of time without ending up binging or falling off the wagon and undoing all your hard work. So my advice is eat clean most of the time but also enjoy life, be happy and find a good balance that works for you that you can keep for the long haul.
