Lunch inspiration

Avocado lunch

Love these low carb tortillas for sandwich wraps. 7 net carbs, 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein.

1. 1 hard boiled egg and 2 whites shredded or 4-5 oz of cut up grilled chicken.
2. Smash 1/2 avocado & mix with 1tbs of Dijon mustard.
3. Cut up 1/2 to 1 cup fresh spinach.
4. Mix either the eggs or chicken together with the avocado mixture and spinach and wrap it up in a tortilla.

I had some sliced apples sprinkled with a little cinnamon with mine. A super easy, fast and clean meal. Enjoy!
