Agility and strength training for athletes 7th-9th grade female athletes. These workouts are highly effective yet fun to improve speed, strength and endurance for their specific sport. Private training and team training is also available.

$10 per athlete for a 60min high intensity training that increases their agility, endurance, speed and strength to improve their athletic performance.
