Fun & Functional Youth Fitness
Designed for kids ages 9 to 12, STRONG! kids is a monthly program that includes 60 minutes of fun, interactive exercise to teach kids the benefits of staying active.
They will also receive a calendar where they can track progress toward healthy goals, such as eating veggies every day, drinking water with every meal or trying new foods. I will also share a weekly family-friendly recipe for you to prepare together, as well as a motivational quote to hang on the fridge or in your child’s room to keep them inspired.

Program fee per session:
$10 per child for a 60 minute engaging exercise session that also includes healthy tips, family friendly recipes and other ideas to mentor kids on the importance of choosing healthy foods and staying active.
