If love buffalo wings then you will love this buffalo chicken chili recipe. Has a good kick to it and different from our usual turkey chili we have.
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds ground chicken breast baked and shredded or finely cubed
1 large carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup hot buffalo wing sauce or to taste
1 15 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 8 ounce can of tomato paste
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 red tomato, chopped
1 15 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Optional blue cheese
Directions:
1. Bake chicken at 350 for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and chop into cubes
2. Add everything else in a slow cooker, cook on low for 4-6 hours
3. Top with clue cheese crumbles (optional)
