Keeping it super simple, quick and clean this morning. 1/2 half cinnamon raisin ezekiel english muffin with 1tbs raw nut butter topped with strawberries and 3 egg whites with veggies. Enjoy!

Chocolate Banana Oatmeal

Another awesome oatmeal dish. Chocolate banana oats. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
1/2 banana
1 tps cocoa powder
1 tps honey
1 tbs crushed almonds
Splash of almond milk

Directions:
1. Cook oats per directions on the stove or microwave
2. Mix in splash of almond milk, cocoa powder and honey
3. Slice 1/2 banana and add
3 Crush almonds in a plastic bag and sprinkle on top

Starting your day with a healthy breakfast is so important. It provides energy, revs your metabolism, fuels your muscles, helps with concentration, the list goes on. Here is a simple and easy breakfast for on the go.

Parfait

6 oz non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup berries

1/8 cup original granola

1 oz raw walnuts

Layer ingredients and enjoy!
