Today’s workout challenge is triceps.
Circuit 1
– tricep kickbacks with dumbbells
– diamond push-ups
Set of 12, 10, 6 reps with increasing weight on kickbacks each set.
Circuit 2
– tricep pull down machine
– incline push-ups with feet on bench (or regular push-ups keep elbows in)
Set of 12, 10, 6 reps with increasing weight on tricep pull downs
Circuit 3
– laying on back hold arms up holding dumbbells with elbows bent at 90 degrees and go straight up without locking elbows and back down to 90 degrees that is 1 rep.
– tricep dips on bench or chair
Set of 12, 10, 6 reps increasing weight each set.
Dips 2 sets of 30-60 sec
