This class is a strenuous, complete total-body workout utilizing strength training, cardio and core movements. SHRED puts your body in a maximum fat burning zone for up to 24 hours after each workout while simultaneously building muscle to aides in increasing your metabolism. Modified movements are provided for low impact variation.

STRONG! Sculpt

This class is a low-impact but highly effecting workout. SCULPT your total body through various strength training and core exercises using barbells, dumbbells, TRX, stability balls and resistance bands.

strong! Box & Sculpt

50 mins.

A combination of boxing with bags and pads and weight training for a fun low impact, stress-relieving cardio and strength workout that burns maximum calories.

STRONG! Athletes!

50 mins.

Performance and agility training for athletes ages 13-17. These workouts are highly effective yet fun to improve speed, strength and endurance for their specific sport. We will set individual goals for each athlete and track performance every 4-6 weeks. Private performance training is also available.
